Ordering & Delivery

Renting a bin is easy! Simply browse our available bins, select the size that fits your needs, choose your rental period, and complete the checkout process. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your rental.

We recommend booking your bin at least 2-3 days in advance to ensure availability. During busy seasons (spring and summer), it's best to book 5-7 days ahead. For urgent needs, contact us directly to check same-day or next-day availability.

Bins can be placed on driveways, construction sites, or other flat, hard surfaces. We cannot place bins on steep inclines, soft ground, or areas with overhead obstacles. Some municipalities require permits for street placement, which you may need to obtain.

Bin Usage & Materials

Most household and construction waste is acceptable, including furniture, yard waste, and debris. However, certain items are prohibited such as hazardous materials, paints, chemicals, batteries, tires, and electronics.

Bins should be filled level with the top rail, not overflowing. Overfilled bins cannot be transported safely and may result in additional charges or require items to be removed before pickup.

Payment & Pricing

Our rental price includes delivery, pickup, and disposal of the waste up to the weight limit specified for each bin size. Additional charges may apply for overweight bins, contaminated waste, or extended rental periods.

The deposit ensures proper use of our equipment and covers potential damage or additional disposal fees. It is refunded within 3-5 business days after bin pickup, provided there are no overweight charges, prohibited items, or damage to the bin.

Rental Period & Extensions

Standard rental periods are 7 days, but we offer flexible options. If you need the bin for a shorter or longer period, please specify during booking. Extensions are also available for an additional fee.

You can cancel your order with a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.
